Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however :-

If the order is unwanted:-
We are happy to refund goods if returned within 28 days of purchase and provided that they remain unused, unopened, in their original condition.
Please note that it is your responsibility to return the item in protective packaging.
Return postage costs are covered by the customer (please also note that your original postage charge will not be included in the refund).

Please download and complete the Returns form and enclose in your parcel

It is advisable to obtain a free proof of postage receipt when you send the parcel. Contact our Customer Service team on 0333 577 8697 if you have not received your refund within 2 weeks.


In the unlikely event that the item you have purchased is damaged or faulty please either contact our Customer Service team on 0333 577 8697 or email with a brief explanation of the problem and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter quickly and to your satisfaction.
